Look what the Lord has done

God Only Give Good Things

2004 when I was diagnosed to have an end stage renal disease. My nephrologists clearly stated that my kidneys cannot be restored anymore. She gave me only two options:  First is to undergo a kidney transplant; And second is to be on a lifetime dialysis treatment. Being the first option kind of requires a little too much money, I settled for the second. I accepted my condition believing that God had a reason for it. That He won't give me anything that I could not handle, a popular phrase. One Sunday in church, I suddenly felt the urge to find improvement with my relationship with God. I started questioning religious ways that I grew up with. It's like I am being called. By God. I found myself in Faith Center Imus, a Christian church, listening to a good pastor. It was like God Himself called me to be there. He was teaching and showing us scriptures of the promises of God. Amazingly, the topic that Sunday was about sickness. It caught my full attention. The pastor, Pastor Mike Bunye was explaining that God is not the giver of sickness, that God only gives good things. And if it's not from God, then it's definitely from the enemy, the devil. Why accept things from the enemy? The words ministered unto me. It made me realize that I was so wrong believing that my condition is from God. I felt ashamed, how shameful of me to think so lowly of God. I was rebuked. I really felt that God called me there and then to make me realize how much He loves me. I didn't think twice, I decided at once to accept God in my life, Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I became born- again that moment. Right before I hit the ground, God caught me. He didn't allow me to hit. I was so thankful that He turned me around and opened my eyes to His greatness. Being born-again made me a lot better. In my health, my outlook in life and everything. I am now living a life with God in control. I now reject the devil's works and I know that I already won this fight because I am fighting alongside Jesus. With guidance, love, and support from God, my friends, family, Pastor Mike and Pastora Me Ann, I know everything will be alright. No more worries, no more fear. Just full confidence in Him. He provides for my every need, He shields me from the enemy and gives me strength to face my everyday challenges. He is always present in my life. Praise God, all glory is Yours. Thank you for loving me.

"Everything's gonna be ALL-RIGHT!"

Hi Po! I just want to share the success we had in our office. 17 March 2011 was the scheduled audit for the commissary's revalidation of accreditation. Monday palang po I was already telling them (my officemates) na we have to claim the success sa audit... I was lifting their spirits up, kasi I can always hear negative comments and confessions last week. The great thing was I heard my boss agreed with me saying "amen!" when I said "it is already a done deal, makakapasa tayo sa audit, wala nang balikan." If ever we failed the audit, magkakaron ng close out audit by the second semester of the year. So the revalidation will be hanging until the close out. Early this morning when I was on my way to office and I keep on thanking the Lord for the success over the audit. When i arrived, I saw my boss doing papers at her desk. It seemed like everybody was in stress that time so I said "everything's gonna be ALL-RIGHT" and so until the auditors came. They roved the commissary, and laking gulat namin because they usually rove around the commissary for 2 hrs or more but they only roved for 1hr. Tension was all over the place. I heard one auditor say "Bagsak!" But I never felt anything negative, instead I keep on thanking God for the favor and success. Sa office, I heard my boss said loudly "Hindi tayo babagsak! We already claimed for the success eh!" And I agreed. After 30mins, we were asked to go back sa meeting room to relay the results.  And the result was we PASSED. Despite of the findings they've seen, they still decided to pass us sa revalidation. Favor and Grace of God is upon us. One more thing, my officemates are already learning the language of faith. I never thought that at my age I can make a change sa buong department namin. And I give back all praises and glory to God. This is another scene in my life where the Word really works, just believe and you'll receive. Thank you po pastor and pastora for being our spiritual mother and father. All glory to God!

Without Him, we can do nothing!

I graduated Magna Cum Laude though I was a little disappointed still, because I was aiming for the summa and there was this .01 difference only in my grade to reach it. My gwa is 1.21 and summa's 1.20 so I really got frustrated. Nonetheless I prayed and told God that I know on the day of my graduation, something else, a bigger and more prestigious award will be   given to me. And so last April 13. I received a letter saying that my thesis is nominated for the Gawad Antonio Mercado Abad Outstanding Thesis 2011. In our college, just to be nominated for the award is an achievement already because it goes through tedious process and debates amongst the professors of reputable names included in the panel. I was very happy and prayed that I win the award which will be given on our graduation day itself. And on April 16, 2011, my very own thesis adviser, who was also the Associate Dean for Research and was supposed to be in the final group/panel but was removed because I was nominated, announced my name as the winner of the Gawad Antonio Mercado Abad Best Thesis 2011. It was heaven here on earth! It was like winning the Gawad Palanca because of the prestige the award actually carries. So there, I thank God for every single blessing that He has given me. Truly that without Him, we can do nothing and that His children are always the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. I  would just like to share how God has been working in my life and to fulfil my promise to Him that  when I graduate from college, I'll finally break my silence and tell the whole of Faith how He  operated in my life.

Overflowing Blessings

A blessed morning to you Pastors Me-Ann and Mike Bunye and to all FCI millionaires!

Allow me to begin this testimony by thanking GOD for that entire HE has given us HIS never-ending, fruitful
and real-time promises.Three years have passed and this testimony was once a dream. I've been hearing a lot of testimonies filled with blessed stories and GOD is always on top of this – I just always tell myself that in God's perfect time, I believe I'll have mine too. I believe that one of these days, I would entitle my testimony as I thank GOD for:

Upon learning and believing that I can also have stirring testimonies and GOD-given faith, I came up with
what GOD has called me to do and now the opportunity has come, I'm in no doubt to spell out my gifts
that I thank GOD for:

1. I thank GOD for every person I meet in places who is always a blessing to me and for every purpose that
made my Christian life better.

2. I thank GOD for my family and I have gone through tough times and situations and we accepted the fact
about my dad ' s decision to be disengaged from us and his responsibilities, more so, with his promises left
unfulfilled. All through this and moving forward, we just keep meditating on God ' s best plans and keep
up the good works.

3. I thank GOD for the good health and great blessings that my grand parents are receiving from GOD. I ' m
happy because like us, they are expectants too. They fear no more, they may feel sick sometimes but
they ' ve learned to divert that feeling by just saying the power expression: in Jesus' name I am healed!

4. I thank GOD for my mom could now refrain from thinking negative, being hesitant and worrying whenever
situations come worse. Now, mom’s confessions are better to hear as she speaks power words that she gets from the place of worship and apply them.

5. I thank GOD for my sister is not only talented in the house of worship that ' s FCI but also she never fails
to give us inspiration by sharing and strongly confessing God ' s word which makes our day and I would end up telling her that she could be a preacher when God's perfect time comes and if that ' s what GOD has called her to do. Mom and I are so proud of her because in school, she keeps good grades going, making her a consistent honor student.

6. I thank GOD for the timely messages, solutions as advised, reprimands, answers and power words just as we needed whenever we're faced with difficulties, especially financial downside. But at the end of the service, I am a millionaire has always been a power reminder that we were made rich, we just have to take it personally, believe and have GOD-kind of faith.
7. I thank GOD for being my fortress, wisdom and vigor. For as long as GOD and I are partners in all walks of life, I believe that there would never be failure because I belong to HIM. Whatever I am going through, GOD is just a call away!

8. I thank GOD for my awards, rewards and honors received back in 2008. When I was in college, I used to get scholarship grants and academic recognitions like dean ' s list award and being the most outstanding student in the College of Business. Throughout my schooling, I was transferred to different schools due to financial lack, I really worried about my standing because I thought I won't be able to get a Latin Honor because I was a transferee then. But God has His own way of giving what I really deserve to have, my financial adviser defended my grades and assessment for honor students was conducted and the decision was favorable though I supposed to get the Summa Cumlaude award, the school awarded me the Magna Cumlaude award instead and delivered my Valedictory Address on stage. This opportunity was a sort of equivalence to what I supposed to have. Of all I have received, being Born-again Christian as I was water-baptized, back in February 2009 was really a great honor. Doors of chances were opened and I was able to understand who I am in GOD.

9. I thank GOD for the second schooling I've been dreaming to be in to – College of Law. I'm back to school Pastora Me-Ann with entrance scholarship of 75% discount from the real amount I supposed to pay: from almost 50thousand pesos of tuition fee cut down to 15thousand pesos only on an installment basis. I could just recall Pastor Mike when he said, Pag mahalaga sa’yo, mahalaga kay Lord, so true! My sister also told me that if this is what GOD has called me to do, all favors will be given to me – as in no sweat! In God's grace, I believe I could make this schooling a success.

Thanks so much for hearing my testimony, let's keep this going; we all have the reasons to thank GOD for!

Restoration

Good day! This year 2011 is the Year of Restoration.

Midyear 2010, we purchased a new house and lot located in Montefaro. The equity payment of Php 300,000.00 (payable in 6 months time) was too big for us to pay. But with our walk in faith and agreement, everything turned out possible. January 2011 was my last month equity payment, when the devil tried to intervene my harvest. Our agent-broker was ambushed in Malagasang, Imus while doing ocular inspection of the site, unfortunately he didn't make it. The sad news was, my three (3) months equity payment was not remitted by my agent-broker. The day that we learned about it was extremely stressful and I was depressed thinking that half of my equity payment was stolen by the devil. But, glad that we are believers of Christ; we confessed that everything for us will be restored without toiling. Believing God never fails to provide solutions to our everyday problems, my family continued walking firmly in faith, receiving the inheritance that our Father God has prepared for us His children.

Last  May 2011, our developer Pro Friends sent us a letter that our claim for the equity payment that we made was finally approved without penalty or interest charges. Glory be to the Father! Truly God is faithful! He really makes a way when there seems to be no way for He wants us to be victorious in every area of our lives. Ptr. Mike & Ptra. Me-Ann, we thank you for the "key" which is the Rhema Word, the prophetic word that you have shared with FCI family, in our Christian walk. We give back all the praises and thanksgiving that only belong to Jesus, our Lord!
